What do I need to bring on my child’s first day?

At Kookaburra Korner all meals, nappies, & sunscreen are provided daily for your child so there is no need to worry about that aspect of your child’s day.

You will need a backpack with changes of clothing for your child. During the day your child will engage in lots of fun activities which are often quite messy and as such we may need to change your child’s clothing. Spare clothes are also necessary as your child starts to eat independently and toilet train as inevitably there will be accidents. A set of spare cot sheets if your child sleeps or has a rest during the day. If your child has a comforter such as a dummy or soft toy, then it may be helpful to bring those in also. If your child is in the babies’ room, bottles and tins of formula will need to be provided.
